Lead Consultant

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Validate and implement ATS technical strategies by developing comprehensive plans for Citrix solutions.
• Establish multi-year operational strategies and contribute to architectural standards and process improvements.
• Assess customer environments and define optimal solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Solve complex, cross-functional client challenges through research, analysis, and structured problem-solving.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and advocate for new architectural approaches and best practices.
• Act as a subject matter expert in Citrix technologies including DaaS/VDI, Secure Access, Networking, and Enterprise Security.
• Lead large-scale, complex consulting projects of strategic importance.
• Drive continuous process improvements within the consulting team.
• Deliver presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts to business and technical stakeholders.
• Support customer success initiatives to drive adoption and expansion of Citrix solutions.
