Lead Cloud Platform Engineer

• Provide architectural leadership for multi-cloud platforms (GCP & Azure), setting standards for networking, security, and infrastructure deployment.

• Lead platform automation using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform to manage landing zones, network fabrics, and developer tools.

• Design and manage complex cloud network topologies, including Shared VPCs, Azure Virtual WAN, Hub-and-Spoke, and cross-cloud connectivity.

• Build and integrate platform tools for identity management (Workload Identity), secrets management (HashiCorp Vault), and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/ArgoCD).

• Implement policy-as-code and automated governance using tools like OPA or Azure Policy to ensure security compliance.

• Mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and ensure the engineering team achieves relevant cloud certifications.
