Lead Cloud Ops Engineer I

Responsibilities:

• Cloud Operations Management: Lead cloud operations implementation, maintenance, and monitoring to improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability of software operations infrastructure; deliver scalable cloud infrastructure to streamline processes and automate operational tasks.
• Infrastructure Automation Engineering: Implement automation for infrastructure provisioning, configuration, deployment, and lifecycle management using Chef, Ansible, Docker, and related automation frameworks.
• AWS Cloud Infrastructure Administration: Oversee and manage AWS cloud environments using infrastructure as code (IaC) practices, ensuring consistent deployment, configuration, and environment governance.
• Monitoring, Performance, Security, and Compliance: Implement and enhance monitoring systems to ensure high availability and performance; enforce CloudOps security controls and compliance standards across cloud environments.
• Technical Documentation and Cross-Functional Integration: Produce technical documentation including IQ protocols, reports, backup and recovery policies, support and maintenance plans, and upgrade plans; interface with SQA, Marketing, Service, Support, and project/program management during product development and delivery.
