Lead Buyer, Shared Services

Key Deliverables:

• Supervise daily procurement operations for assigned pod vessels
• Oversee quotation handling, vendor selection, and documentation
• Coordinate dispatches with suppliers, agents, and technical staff
• Drive document control and cost book entries in alignment with SOPs

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Buyers/Senior Buyers and provide continuous guidance
• Identify training needs, conduct appraisals, and support team development
• Ensure compliance with procurement systems and Office 365 tools
• Collaborate with Product Supervisor to improve procurement processes
