We are seeking a Lead Automotive Cluster Embedded Hand Code Developer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in embedded software development, particularly in the automotive sector, and will be responsible for leading the development of innovative solutions for automotive cluster applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of embedded software for automotive cluster applications.
• Design and implement code in C/C++ for real-time automotive systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and specifications.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
• Ensure compliance with automotive safety standards (ISO 26262).
• Participate in testing and validation of software components and systems.
• Troubleshoot and debug software issues in a timely manner.

Skills and Qualifications

• 6-11 years of experience in embedded software development, specifically in automotive applications.
• Proficient in C/C++ programming languages.
• Strong understanding of embedded systems architecture and real-time operating systems (RTOS).
• Experience with automotive communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, and Ethernet.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile or V-Model.
• Experience in using software development tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, Vector CANoe, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
