Education Qualification :
Engineer - B.E / B.Tech / MCA
Delivery Skills :
1.Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve outages and other problems with web servers, application servers, and database servers.
As part of monitoring, focus on proactive remediation of availability, performance and capacity issues
Respond to events and Incidents according to agreed processes and resolve and/or provide workarounds in accordance with the Service Levels;
Execute middleware software installation, configuration, patching, maintenance and tuning
Implement and administer middleware management tools
Understanding and experince on Shell scripting
SQL Server/Oracle Basic Monitoring and Administration, Oracle Sql language
Understanding on Cloud basic and cloud deployment
Mandatory to know the ITSM processes for Incident, Change and Release Management
Provide consultation and technical support;
2.Automation Initiatives: Identify Automation opportunities by critically looking at data points, technology landscape. Propose, Manage and Drive implementation of automation initiatives across teams. Focus on Effort reduction, ticket reduction and error free delivery.
3.People Management
Identify team skill gap and help them fill those gaps on the project.
Support team to resolve project impediments
ensure team is compliant on project and organizantion process and meet the compliance objective.
Resolve Teams conflict, ensure reportees are motivated and gives optimal contribution.
