Lead (Android/iOS) - React Native

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (4+ years of education).
• 8+ years of experience in React Native mobile app development for Android and iOS.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, React, and React Native framework.
• Experience leading and managing a team of mobile developers.
• Understanding of UX design principles and creating intuitive interfaces.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards, like WCAG, for inclusive apps.
• Proficiency in debugging, performance optimization, and upgrades/bug fixes.
• Up-to-date knowledge of mobile development trends and technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Agile development experience is a plus.
• Portfolio showcasing past mobile app projects is desirable.
