Lead Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Define best practices for the design and development of data layers for reporting solutions.
• Act as the reporting Subject Matter Expert (SME), driving client engagements and delivering BI solutions.
• Collaborate with database administrators, developers, data stewards, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate collection and analysis of reporting requirements.
• Develop complex worksheets, dashboards, and ad-hoc datasets for end users to facilitate data-driven storytelling.
• Create custom tables, views, and data models across SQL Server, Snowflake, BigQuery, and Redshift databases.
• Work directly with end users to gather requirements for dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Communicate effectively at a high level, both written and verbal, with internal and external stakeholders.
• Apply advanced understanding of database and data management concepts and principles to ensure robust BI solutions.
