Lead - AI/ML & Generative AI

Qualifications

• Education: Masters in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and Java; experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Cloud Tech : Azure, GCP ,AWS . Preferable is Azure
• Domain Knowledge: Expertise in the insurance domain, with a strong understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Project Management: Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale AI/ML projects from conception to deployment.
• Innovation: Proven track record of driving innovation and staying abreast of emerging technologies in AI/ML and generative AI.
