Large Language Model Architect

We are seeking an experienced Large Language Model Architect to lead the design, development, and optimization of advanced natural language models. This role requires a deep understanding of neural network architectures and experience working with large datasets to enhance model performance. The ideal candidate will act as a subject matter expert (SME), guiding teams and contributing to strategic decision-making across projects involving language models.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in large language models
• Collaborate with and manage teams to ensure high-quality performance and deliverables
• Make critical decisions that influence multiple teams and projects
• Provide cross-functional solutions to common and complex NLP challenges
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices across team members
• Design and refine neural network parameters for large-scale language models
• Monitor, evaluate, and optimize the performance of language models
• Work with large, unlabeled datasets to train and improve model accuracy
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align model performance with business goals

Professional and Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in large language models
• Strong understanding of neural network architectures
• Experience with natural language processing techniques and tools
• Familiarity with data preprocessing and augmentation methods
• Ability to analyze and interpret model performance metrics
