Duties:

• Work with and train Users and Technical Lead experts.
• Empower them to create new and existing Digital Campaigns and Experiences.
• Be at the center of technological and creative innovation in the digital age.

Skills:

• Technical degree in computer science or a related field.
• Working experience in a professional training or consulting environment of an enterprise software company or consultancy.
• Knowledge of online or offline direct marketing functions (an asset, but not required).
• Comfortable responding to the varying demands of working for a dynamic, international company.
• Training experience or customer-facing experience.
• Self-motivated with well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong desire to succeed.
