Role & responsibilities
• Analyze survey reports/maps/drawings/blueprints/aerial photography & other topographical/geologic data to plan projects. • Conduct studies of traffic patterns/environmental conditions to identify engineering problems. • Analyze and assess the potential impact of projects. • Direct or participate in surveying to lay out installations and establish reference points/grades/elevations to guide execution. • Provide technical advice regarding design, construction or program modifications. • Co-ordinate with consultants, vendors, contractors for Project Design co ordination & completion as per Project Schedule, timeline, budget & • Compliance requisites. • Co-ordinate with all internal stack holders & prepare presentations for Management approvals. • Prepare / Review of final design briefs and present to management for review. • Suggest changes in design for optimum and better utilization of space and land usage. • Maximizing the usage of land and space for better profitability. • Ensure timely closure of Design stages in alignment to the requirements. • Maintain a record of documentation from start to finish of the project. • Determine project feasibility based on client needs and available resources. • Troubleshooting and resolving code and design issues. • Solid understanding of various development platforms. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. • Experience on designing and development. • Create Landscape designs based on Leadership input and feedback. • Prepare and execute contracts pursuant to specific consultations. • Adjust contracts and designs to meet the changing needs of stakeholders. • Draft designs that reflect green building values and cater to clients desires for smaller carbon footprints. • Adhere to all industry standards in design. • Communicate with contractors and construction workers to implement designs. • Oversee and manage Landscape production staff. • Review/update existing processes and procedures. • Review correspondences sent to the RE Department and distribute to proper departments. • Work with a variety of third-party service providers such as property managers, leasing agents, appraisers. • Support other Real Estate functions such as ownership and tenant transactions, internal reporting including accounting and finance, acquisition/disposition due diligence. • Keeps records of financial transactions for establishment, using calculator and computer. • May compile reports to show statistics, such as cash receipts and expenditures, accounts payable and receivable, profit and loss, and other items pertinent to operation of business. • Perform thorough review of working papers to help ensure conclusions have been supported and firm policies have been met. • Independently gather data pertinent to an engagement through direct client interaction, including personal and telephone interviews with market participants such as brokers, appraisers, investors, developers and asset managers.
