Land Acquisition & Liasion

Role & responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end process of land acquisition for Thermal Projects, including identifying suitable land parcels, conducting due diligence, and negotiating with landowners.
• Establish and maintain strong liaisons with local government authorities, community leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage all aspects of land acquisition documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as legal, finance, and project management to address land-related issues and facilitate necessary approvals.
• Provide strategic guidance on land acquisition strategies, considering environmental, social, and regulatory factors.
• Participate in community engagement activities and address any concerns or grievances related to land acquisition processes.
• Stay updated on land acquisition laws, policies, and market trends to proactively identify potential challenges and opportunities.
