Labview Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

LabVIEW Development:

• Edit and enhance existing LabVIEW programs and block diagrams based on real-time testing results.

Sensor Integration:

• Work with sensor spec sheets to calibrate MFCs, PVs, H sensors, SVs, and lab gas flow systems.

PID Tuning:

• Expertly tune and correct PID loops to ensure optimal system performance.

Troubleshooting:

• Collaborate with sensor vendors and use technical data to diagnose and resolve issues.

Reporting:

• Document all work performed and write a comprehensive technical report at the end of the contract.

Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in LabVIEW programming and control system integration.
• Extensive experience working with various sensors, including MFCs, PVs, humidity sensors, and solenoid valves.
• Strong understanding of PID tuning and loop correction.
• Ability to interpret and work with sensor spec sheets and technical documentation.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and experience working with vendors.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to write clear and detailed technical reports.
