L3 Engineer

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled L3 Engineer with 6-11 years of experience to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-tier technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues.
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve incidents and improve system performance.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and develop long-term solutions.
• Document technical processes and procedures for future reference.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide training on best practices and new technologies.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in Linux/Unix systems administration.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.) for automation tasks.
• Understanding of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid experience with monitoring and alerting tools (Nagios, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
