L3 Citrix Admin

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of Citrix solutions including XenApp, XenDesktop, and Netscaler.
• Develop technical designs covering high availability, disaster recovery, and scalability.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and translate requirements.
• Provide expert technical leadership and guidance for Citrix infrastructure.
• Ensure SLA compliance for Citrix environment performance and uptime.
• Implement and troubleshoot Citrix Virtual Apps/Desktops and Hypervisors (XenServer).
• Optimize performance and stability of Citrix infrastructure.
• Manage Citrix ADC, Gateway, SD-WAN, Web App Firewall, and Application Delivery Management.
• Perform upgrades, patch management, and infrastructure improvements.
• Align all Citrix administration activities with ITIL best practices.
• Handle escalations, change controls, incident and problem resolution.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
• Monitor incident/problem trends and implement preventive measures.
• Maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
• Collaborate with vendors for issue resolution and enhancements.
