L2 Support Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, test, maintain, upgrade, patch, monitor, and troubleshoot networking hardware, software, networked peripheral devices and cabling.
• Maintain all network hardware and equipment, including routers, switches,
• firewalls and hubs.
• Recommend, schedule, and perform network improvements, upgrades, and repairs.
• Perform system backups and recovery.
• Hands on experience with High End Desktop and laptop support.
• Should have experience in the Datacentre migration.
