Production Technical Support for Java based applications
Skill Set - Unix OS, Scripting, SQL Queries, Devops
Experience in Production Support Environment with Strong Technical Skills at a minimum on Unix OS, Scripting Skills, SQL Queries.
Should have experience in supporting Java based applications and worked on ITSM service delivery including Release management.
Exposure to dev-ops tools is a must for this level.
Individual should be able to work on critical assignments ( BAU support and Project work) with minimal or no supervision and able to work in high pressure environment.
Working in shifts ( No night shift) along with rotational weekend/holiday on-call coverage is part of role.
