Key Responsibilities:

• Engage continuously with the assigned customer portfolio and maintain accurate interaction records.
• Make outbound calls to sell and cross-sell banking products, including:
• CASA Accounts
• Loans (Personal, Home, Business)
• Credit Cards
• Mutual Funds
• Demat & Trading Accounts
• Life & General Insurance
• Promote Digital Banking services to enhance customer experience.
• Achieve monthly business and revenue targets.
• Handle customer queries professionally and resolve issues as per defined standards.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and communication quality.
