Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Telecalling Officer to join our team for a sales voice process focused on Kotak Banking. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound calls, engaging with potential customers to sell banking products and services.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to pitch and sell Kotak Banking products and services.
  • Actively listen to customer needs and provide information on products that align with their requirements.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all banking products and services offered.
  • Document all sales activities, customer information, and call outcomes accurately in the system.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries to maximize sales opportunities.

Skills Required

  • Experience in sales or telecalling, preferably within a voice process.
  • A strong understanding of the banking or financial services industry is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a persuasive attitude.
  • The ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
