We are seeking a motivated Kitchen Helper to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist in food preparation, maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, and support chefs in delivering high-quality meals.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation and cooking tasks as directed by the chef.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work areas.
• Wash, peel, and prepare fruits and vegetables for cooking.
• Help with the cleaning and sanitization of kitchen tools and equipment.
• Assist in inventory management by checking stock levels and reporting shortages to the supervisor.
• Support chefs and cooks during meal service by ensuring that all ingredients are readily available.

Skills and Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a kitchen environment preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Physical stamina to work in a busy kitchen and lift heavy items.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment such as knives, mixers, and ovens.
