Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Food Preparation and Cooking

  • Prepare and cook Indian and North Indian dishes according to standard recipes
  • Assist in mise-en-place and ensure ingredients are prepped for service
  • Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes

Kitchen Operations

  • Support in day-to-day kitchen activities and ensure timely execution
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and kitchen area
  • Follow food safety protocols and internal SOPs strictly

Team Support

  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff and assist where needed
  • Help in packing and dispatching orders if required

Compliance and Discipline

  • Follow proper grooming, punctuality, and discipline standards
  • Adhere to shift timings, including break shifts if assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant kitchen experience (freshers welcome)
  • Basic understanding of Indian and North Indian cuisine
  • Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Willingness to learn, take instructions, and work as part of a team
  • Openness to work in break shifts if required
