Job Title: Kinaxis Supply Planning – Solution Architect / Senior Solution Architect

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Kinaxis Supply Planning Solution Architect / Senior Solution Architect to lead end-to-end Kinaxis RapidResponse implementations, design scalable supply chain planning solutions, and work closely with business and technical teams to deliver high-impact planning transformations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead 4–5+ end-to-end Kinaxis RapidResponse implementations
• Design and own solution architecture for Supply Planning, Demand Planning, and Inventory Planning
• Conduct client workshops, fit-gap analysis, and requirement gathering
• Define and document solution designs, data models, integrations, and configurations
• Guide developers on configuring Workbooks, Hierarchies, Filters, Data Sources, and Automation Chains
• Work closely with integration teams for ERP–Kinaxis data migration and interfaces
• Review and approve designs to ensure alignment with business processes and best practices
• Provide technical leadership, estimations, and support RFPs and client presentations
• Support deployments, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvements

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse
• Deep knowledge of Supply Chain Planning concepts and processes
• Experience in solution design, architecture, and large enterprise implementations
• Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing experience
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
