Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with the customer and operations to ensure delivery schedules are updated and planned
  • Receive information of the delivery schedules from the customer and plan delivery routes accordingly
  • Ensure delivery of goods on time as per defined SLAs with the warehouse and consignee
  • Supervise and coordinate the receipt and unloading of goods, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures
  • Prepare monthly and annual budget for all assigned accounts
  • Coordinate business reviews with customers and superiors
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and execute a roll-out plan for all new, large, and local major accounts
  • Manage contract renewal and updates
  • Support sales team for business development during presentations and closing processes for new accounts
  • Manage overall customer relationship, dealing with customer top management (logistics, dispatch, sales, finance, promoters)
  • Coordinate interaction with regional and local offices of customers
  • Facilitate information flow between major accounts and the company
  • Establish and conduct monthly/quarterly reviews for each assigned strategic account
  • Develop strategic plans for key clients, including analyzing profit/loss and evaluating competition of major client accounts
  • Monitor customer service issues; ensure client questions/problems are quickly and completely resolved, utilizing available resources and delegating to support personnel when necessary
  • Maintain a thorough, up-to-date record of major client and prospect database
