Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager (Ad Sales) to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with key clients in the advertising sector, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the advertising sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored advertising solutions that meet client needs.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and client offerings.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
- Monitor and report on account performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in key account management or sales, preferably in the advertising or media industry.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and media sales processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive strategic decision-making.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
