Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain relationships with key customers, including JSW Plant In-House, architects, contractors, and builders in Mumbai
- Drive sales growth and achieve targets in the Mumbai market, including JSW Plant In-House
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate the Mumbai market and increase market share
- Conduct regular sales calls, meetings, and presentations to customers and prospects
- Provide technical support and product training to customers and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services
- Manage and coordinate logistics, delivery, and installation of products for JSW Plant In-House and other key customers
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in sales and account management in the construction chemicals or waterproofing industry
- Strong understanding of the construction industry and waterproofing/construction chemicals products
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Shall require to travel extensive in Plant and Market to seek Business Opportunities
- Experience in managing key accounts and driving sales growth in a similar industry is a plus
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of waterproofing and construction chemicals products
- Experience in managing large industrial accounts, such as JSW Plant In-House
- Strong network of contacts in the construction industry
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadline
