Excellent Opportunity for Key Account Manager in Logistic

Designation -Key Account Manager – Ocean / Sea Exports

Experience Required:

8–10 years (relevant experience in Ocean / Sea Exports)

Work Location: Lower Parel

Job Requirements:

• Good communication skills
• Sound knowledge of freight forwarding and export customs clearance procedures
• Ability to handle the complete ocean export process from pickup until cargo reaches destination
• Working knowledge of the Logisys system

Key Responsibilities:

• Placing bookings with shipping lines
• Coordination for Delivery Orders (D/O) from shipping lines
• Coordination with exporters and transporters for container pickup and shipment planning
• SI filing, including ACD / ISF procedures for US shipments
• Preparation and approval of MBL / HBL
• INTRA and other online filings
• VGM and ODEX filing

Additional Responsibilities (Key Account Manager):

• Taking complete ownership of key accounts and assigned shipments
• Handling escalations and operational challenges independently
• Proactive monitoring of shipments to ensure timely delivery
• Maintaining strong relationships with shipping lines and regulatory authorities
• Ensuring high service levels through effective coordination and communication
