Job Description

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers, including middle and senior management and CXO-level stakeholders.
  • Drive revenue growth within assigned key accounts across core and non-core offerings while ensuring retention of existing business.
  • Promote solution-based selling approaches and support new product penetration in emerging and existing markets.
  • Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams and external partners, vendors, and clients to achieve business targets and ensure effective service delivery.
  • Ensure achievement of account-level business targets related to order booking, revenue generation, collections, new account identification, and churn control.
  • Track account performance regularly and provide updates to management on growth opportunities and risks.
  • Plan and execute account strategies aligned with organizational goals and customer expectations.
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups with customers to strengthen relationships and maximize account value.
