Key Responsibilities

• Inform and educate potential customers about the benefits of stem cell banking
• Conduct telephonic and in-person counseling of prospects to fix appointments
• Give presentations to clients and enroll them through face-to-face or e-meet sessions
• Ensure appropriate and complete service to clients from enrollment to delivery
• Provide timely services, ensuring high-quality customer servicing
• Handle customer-related enquiries and ensure effective resolution
