Key Account Manager

1. Informing and educating potential customers about the benefits of stem cell banking.

2. Telephonic and in person counselling of prospects to fix appointments.

3. Giving presentations to clients and enrolling them.(F2f or e-meet)

4. Ensuring appropriate and complete service to the client from enrollment to delivery.

5. Providing the services on time ensuring customer servicing.

6. Handling customer related enquiries and effective resolution.
