Job Description

We're looking for a dynamic and driven OHT (Off-The-Highway) Sales & Service Engineer to spearhead our market expansion and achieve ambitious turnover targets in the industrial and earthmover tire segment. This is a highly strategic and field-intensive role where you'll be instrumental in building robust sales channels, nurturing key client relationships, and conducting crucial on-ground assessments at mine sites. If you have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving sales and service excellence in a challenging environment, this opportunity offers significant visibility and impact.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and drive OHT sales to achieve market share and turnover targets.
  • Establish and manage a robust channel and sales network for industrial and earthmover tires.
  • Develop and nurture key accounts, including infrastructure firms, mining companies, and distributors.
  • Conduct on-ground assessments such as TKPH (Ton Kilometer Per Hour), heat, and scrap studies at mine sites for performance feedback and product recommendations.
  • Coordinate after-sales service and maintain quality standards across accounts.
  • Plan and execute service and sales strategies to maximize market penetration.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in sales, service, or maintenance in a mining setup.
  • Industry Exposure: Exposure to OHT tire sales/maintenance, mining, or construction equipment sales is a must.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Physical Demands: High physical stamina and energy for on-ground fieldwork.
