Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- Juriba Tool Management:
- Oversee the Juriba platform for managing the lifecycle of end-user computing devices, including inventory, software deployment, and asset management.
- Work with stakeholders to configure and maintain the Juriba tool, ensuring it meets business requirements for asset tracking, deployment, and management.
- Develop and maintain workflows and automation within Juriba for streamlining end-user computing (EUC) tasks such as onboarding, hardware refresh, and software deployment.
- Generate and maintain reports within Juriba for asset visibility, deployment status, and lifecycle management.
- Windows EUC Management:
- Manage the Windows EUC environment, ensuring the timely deployment and management of Windows 10/11 operating systems and related applications across the organization.
- Support Windows EUC strategies, including device configurations, Windows Autopilot deployment, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), and Intune for device management.
- Coordinate and support Windows OS migrations, ensuring minimal disruptions and efficient rollouts.
- Handle EUC-related incidents and requests, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Windows OS and software installations.
- End-User Support & Troubleshooting:
- Provide technical support for end-user devices, ensuring timely resolution of issues related to Windows OS, hardware devices, and application installations.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Windows EUC (including performance, compatibility, and configuration issues).
- Collaborate with the IT support team to ensure smooth end-user computing operations.
- Deployment & Upgrades:
- Lead or support EUC deployment projects, ensuring the seamless rollout of Windows OS, applications, and updates across multiple devices.
- Plan and execute software upgrades, ensuring that the latest versions of Windows OS and applications are deployed efficiently and without issues.
- Maintain patch management processes for Windows devices to ensure all machines are secure and up-to-date.
- Security & Compliance:
- Ensure that Windows EUC environments are compliant with company security policies and industry standards.
- Work with the security team to ensure that EUC devices are properly managed, protected, and meet all compliance requirements.
- Implement and maintain security patches for Windows OS and software applications in alignment with organizational and regulatory security guidelines.
- Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including IT, HR, and Procurement, to ensure that Juriba and Windows EUC initiatives align with business needs and goals.
- Regularly report on EUC performance metrics, deployment status, and other key data points to senior management.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements, optimization of Juriba tool workflows, and enhancements to Windows EUC operations.
- Documentation & Knowledge Sharing:
- Maintain and update documentation related to Juriba tool usage, Windows EUC configurations, and deployment procedures.
- Provide knowledge transfer to team members and end-users on EUC management processes, Juriba tool best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for EUC and Juriba tool management.
- Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Windows EUC management, including expertise in Windows 10/11 environments and device management tools like Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) and Intune.
- Hands-on experience with the Juriba tool for end-user computing management, including lifecycle management, asset tracking, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of Windows OS deployment strategies, including Windows Autopilot, Imaging, and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
- Familiarity with Active Directory (AD) and Group Policy (GPO) for device and user management.
- Experience with patch management, security updates, and ensuring compliance within the Windows EUC environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, particularly in resolving EUC issues related to Windows OS, hardware, and application compatibility.
- Good working knowledge of PowerShell or other scripting languages to automate processes in Windows EUC environments.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams
