Job Role: Junior US IT Recruiter (1–3 Years Experience)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and provide qualified candidates for various technical roles.
Coordinate with the team to meet hiring goals.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to placement.
Maintain strong professional relationships with candidates and ensure a smooth hiring experience.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
Strong understanding of sourcing tools and techniques.
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills (mandatory).
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
