Junior Technician - Blood Bank

Role Responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring patient vital signs and providing basic nursing care under supervision.
• Perform basic medical procedures as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Help maintain and update patient records and charts accurately.
• Assist with patient preparation for medical procedures and coordinate care such as scheduling tests and follow-ups.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of medical equipment and supplies.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient care.
• Understanding of medical protocols, infection control, and patient confidentiality.
• Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams.
