Junior Staff Nurse

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, dressing wounds, and providing personal hygiene and comfort.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Collaborate with doctors, registered nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on conditions, treatments, and self-care practices.
• Observe patients' conditions, note any changes or concerns, and report them to senior staff.
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families during challenging times.
• Follow proper infection control protocols to prevent the spread of diseases within the healthcare facility.
