What awaits you/ Job Profile

Provide day-to-day support for SAP operational issues and incidents.
Monitor SAP systems and interfaces for performance and availability.
Assist in resolving issues related to jobs, batch processes, and IDocs.
Coordinate with functional and technical teams for issue resolution
Maintain documentation for incidents, changes, and standard operating procedures.
Business process integration with SAP PM/EAM, FICO, AA, HRMS, PS, MM, CRM, SD Module.
Ensure adherence to ITIL processes and internal compliance standards.
Configure SAP REFX functionalities such as Property Management, Contract Management, lease-in/lease-out Management, Asset management, Space Management, Business Partner Management and Tax Reporting.
Knowledge in Procure-To-Pay (P2P) FI-MM and Order to Cash FI-SD

What should you bring along

Experience (dependant on seniority level Junior or Senior above) in SAP operations, with a understanding of the EAM, REFX (rarely available in the market) and BW4/SAC modules
SAP system customizing, Fiori and ABAP programming , with the ability to develop smaller custom enhancements to the SAP system (starting REFX late 2025, EAM mid 2026)
Excellent skills in SAP transport management and roles&rights concepts in SAP
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve complex issues
Effective communication skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Proven experience in the use of Agile methodologies and tools for process improvement
Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering)

Must have technical skill

Certifications in SAP module-specific areas (e.g., SAP EAM, REFX inkl. GEF, SAC, Fiori) are highly desirable
Proficient in the use of ITSM tools and processes, with a strong grasp of ITIL principles
