Junior Officer Marketing

The Junior Officer (Marketing) will support the execution of digital marketing initiatives and coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of marketing campaigns. This role focuses on content creation, campaign management, digital coordination, and lead tracking, with an emphasis on digital communication and branding.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Creative Coordination:

• Liaise with external creative agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing creatives.
• Provide copywriting support for creatives, ensuring content is engaging, brand-aligned, and campaign-ready.

1. Campaign Management:

• Regularly post and monitor campaign content on social media platforms.
• Support the initiation and execution of marketing campaigns across omnichannel platforms, including Meta Business tools.

1. Website & Digital Coordination:

• Coordinate with the IT team to ensure regular updates on the company website, including promotions, banners, and campaign content.
• Assist in uploading and maintaining digital content across platforms.

1. Lead Management & Reporting:

• Track and follow up on website-generated leads, ensuring they are shared with the sales team.
• Maintain a lead database and prepare conversion reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness and lead quality.

1. Additional Responsibilities:

• Support other marketing-related activities and tasks as assigned, in line with evolving business requirements.

Minimum Qualification:

• Full-time graduate in any discipline
• Candidates with specialization in digital marketing or digital communication will be preferred

Preferred Experience:

• Candidates with experience in copywriting and web design will be given preference
