Junior Influencer Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Influencer Identification & Database Management

• Create and maintain an influencer database across various categories and platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter.
• Research and shortlist top influencers across Pan India based on campaign objectives and audience fit.

Relationship Management & Negotiation

• Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential influencers.
• Negotiate influencer deliverables, commercials, and collaboration terms.
• Ensure timely and high-quality deliverables from influencers in line with brand expectations.

Campaign Planning & Execution

• Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns in coordination with internal teams.
• Manage campaign workflows to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
• Monitor campaign timelines and handle communication between influencers and the brand.

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare campaign reports and performance summaries using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Analyze data and insights to identify trends and optimize future campaigns.
• Provide post-campaign feedback and performance evaluation reports.

Cross-Team Coordination

• Collaborate with internal creative and strategy teams to align influencer content with brand goals.
• Manage expectations and deliverables to ensure smooth campaign execution.
