Junior Executive - Digital Marketing

RESPONSINBILITIES:

• Plan and schedule daily content for social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Assist in running paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
• Monitor and optimize performance of ongoing campaigns (CPC, CPL, ROAS)
• Coordinate with design team to create creatives, banners, reels, videos
• Handle SEO basics (on-page/off-page) and track keyword ranking
• Generate traffic and leads via digital channels and landing pages
• Manage CRM integration for leads from website, ads, and portals
• Analyze data using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.
• Support video marketing campaigns for property promotions and walkthroughs
• Assist in email marketing & WhatsApp broadcast for property leads
• Requirements Requirements
• Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Mass Comm., Digital Media or related field
• Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, SEO/SEM
• Familiar with tools like Canva, ChatGPT, Mailchimp, HubSpot (added advantage)
• Strong communication & coordination skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced real estate environment
• Passion for content, branding & marketing trends.
