Junior Draughtsman

Key Responsibilities:

CAD Layout Design:

• Create detailed technical layouts and drawings using CAD software based on design requirements.

Specification Calculation:

• Calculate dimensions, weight limits, material specifications, and tolerances for components and assemblies.

Production Planning Support:

• Assist in planning the production process by providing step-by-step input and design-based reviews.

Manual & Documentation Creation:

• Prepare product manuals, technical documentation, and assembly instructions for internal and customer use.

Quality Compliance:

• Ensure all designs meet quality standards, engineering specifications, and compliance requirements.

Review & Coordination:

• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to review and revise designs as needed.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience in creating mechanical or technical drawings using CAD tools
• Strong understanding of materials, tolerances, and structural limits
• Familiarity with production workflows and design-for-manufacturing principles
• Good documentation and report-writing skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet project timelines
