JUNIOR CHEMIST

• The RD Engineer/Scientist will be responsible for conducting research, experiments, and development activities to innovate, design, test, and improve products, services, or technologies. This role requires a combination of creativity, technical expertise, and problem-solving skills to contribute to the companys product pipeline, and technological advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Research: Design and execute scientific experiments or feasibility studies to explore new concepts or improve existing products/processes.
• Product Development: Lead or contribute to the development of new products from concept to final release.
• Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret experimental data to support product improvement or innovation.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and production to align RD efforts with business objectives.
• Prototype Development: Build and test prototypes or models of new products or technology solutions.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of research methodologies, results, and conclusions, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Stay Current: Keep up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and advancements to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative.
• Product Testing: Ensure that prototypes meet both technical and regulatory standards before commercial production.
• Risk Assessment: Assess risks and challenges associated with new ideas or products, developing strategies for mitigation

Key Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a related field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Biology, Chemistry, etc.).
• Experience: Previous experience in RD or a related field, often with a focus on product design, testing, or scientific research.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant software/tools (e.g., CAD software, statistical analysis tools, lab equipment, etc.).
