Junior Bar Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Beverage Preparation:

• Assist in preparing a wide range of beverages including cocktails, mocktails, liquors, wines, and other specialty drinks.
• Follow standard recipes and presentation guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.
• Keep updated with beverage trends and new recipes to offer innovative options to customers.

Bar Maintenance:

• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic bar area at all times.
• Ensure all bar equipment and utensils are properly cleaned and stored.
• Monitor stock levels, assist in replenishing ingredients, and report shortages to supervisors.

Customer Service & Team Support:

• Assist the Barista and bar team in day-to-day operations.
• Ensure timely and courteous service to all guests, handling queries professionally.
• Assist in training or guiding junior staff if required.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth bar operations during peak hours and events.

Compliance & Safety:

• Follow all safety and hygiene standards in beverage preparation and service.
• Adhere to alcohol service regulations and company policies.
