Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Keep updated records and files.
  • Co-coordinating with various departments as per enquirers.
  • Maintenance of furniture and fixtures, Fire extinguishers, Lifts, etc.
  • Supervise the efficient operations of reception including check in/out procedures.
  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
  • Tracking of incoming and outgoing couriers, shipping material, and receiving.
