Jr/Sr Business development

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads related to MHADA, BMC, and government tenders and projects.
• Manage the entire tendering process, including documentation, submission, and follow-ups with government authorities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external members for effective project acquisition and execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with key government stakeholders and agencies.
• Drive business growth by converting leads into successful project wins.
• Stay updated on government procedures, regulations, and tendering requirements.
• Prepare regular reports on business development activities and pipeline status.
