Job Description

The Jr. Executive – HR & Admin will manage human resource and administrative functions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, supporting HR processes, and maintaining smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities
  • Maintain personnel records and HR documentation
  • Support administrative functions, including office management and logistics
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies
  • Assist in payroll processing and employee benefits administration
  • Prepare HR and administrative reports for management review
  • Coordinate with teams for smooth HR and office operations
  • Support implementation of HR policies and procedures

Eligibility Criteria

  • MBA / MPM / MSW from a recognized university
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR & Admin
  • Knowledge of labor laws and administrative processes
