Job Description
The Jr. Executive – HR & Admin will manage human resource and administrative functions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, supporting HR processes, and maintaining smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities
- Maintain personnel records and HR documentation
- Support administrative functions, including office management and logistics
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies
- Assist in payroll processing and employee benefits administration
- Prepare HR and administrative reports for management review
- Coordinate with teams for smooth HR and office operations
- Support implementation of HR policies and procedures
Eligibility Criteria
- MBA / MPM / MSW from a recognized university
- 3–5 years of experience in HR & Admin
- Knowledge of labor laws and administrative processes
