Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and assist in joint replacement surgeries, including pre-operative and post-operative care
- Diagnose, evaluate, and manage patients requiring arthroplasty procedures
- Collaborate with surgical, nursing, and physiotherapy teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Monitor patient recovery, manage complications, and provide follow-up care
- Maintain accurate surgical and medical records for all patients
- Participate in case discussions, clinical audits, and continuous professional development
- Stay updated with the latest techniques, technologies, and best practices in joint replacement
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff and trainees in the orthopedic department
