Jr.Architect

We are seeking a Jr. Architect to prepare and modify architectural drawings, plans, and documents for a reputable real estate developer. You will be responsible for conducting site visits, researching building codes, and supporting the preparation of construction documents. This role requires a B.Arch degree, experience with AutoCAD, and a willingness to travel to Panvel for work.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Drawing & Design: Prepare and modify architectural drawings, plans, and documents using AutoCAD software.
• Site & Research: Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for project development. Research and analyze building codes, regulations, and industry standards to ensure design adherence.
• Documentation & Coordination: Support the preparation of construction documents. Coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure smooth project flow.
• Presentation & Proposals: Contribute to the creation of project proposals and design presentations.

Skills Required

• Proficiency in AutoCAD software.
• Experience in residential projects is a must.
• A proactive approach to research and analysis of building codes.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• The ability to travel to Panvel for work as required.

QUALIFICATION:

• B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture) degree is a key requirement.
