Required good knowledge about plant development project related to civil, structural & MEP. Preparation of BOQ, Estimation, planning, Execution & Commission of project activity. Deal with architecture and design team for Design & Drawing Co-ordination.
Understand the project scope & Study of project documentation to read the project specification, Design, Briefs and any related document.
Certifying the bills of Vendors as per actual work.
To check the construction quality of Civil , Structural & MEP work.
Good communication skill & hands on Experience on Auto Cad software.
Well versed with Building Maintenance (Civil, Plumbing, Piping etc.).
Well versed of Excel, Power point & Project Management software.
Coordination with internal departments like procurement, Quality and production
Read Drawing-Ensure you can interpret engineering drawings, schematics & Diagram.
Material Knowledge-Understand the material being used and their applications.
Project monitoring tracking and update the status with concern person.
Knowledge of HVAC , Pumps , plumbing , firefighting system and building services.
Required Knowledge about the Material Handling.
Good communication skill with vendor and good coordination.
Soft Skill-Project managemnt and problem solving.
Good knowledge about the facility equipment and its maintenancen.
Ensure adherence to local building codes,Envirmental regulation and safety standards.
Required knowlege about the Cost Estimation & Budget managment of Project .
