Microsoft Office O365 Suite

Basic knowledge of endpoint hardware troubleshooting

Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business

Virtual desktop (*AWS Workspace/VMware/Parallels)

MDM, mobile device management (*AirWatch)

McAfee / CrowdStrike / Encryption (*McAfee and Bitlocker)

Endpoint Management tools: BCM / JAMF

Process Automation Knowledge

Scripting / Coding / PowerShell fundamentals

Great communication & presentation skills

Proactive in Innovation and Bringing new Ideas and Solutions
