Job Description
Role Overview:
The Integrated Marketing Lead will spearhead the company's integrated marketing efforts to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through digital channels. The role demands expertise in campaign management, marketing automation, data-driven optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Overall:
- Generate leads through digital channels such as email marketing, SMS, RCS, and WhatsApp
- Implement best practices for segmentation, targeting, frequency, and deliverability across digital campaigns
- Optimize campaign performance continuously
Email Campaign Management:
- Design, edit, test, and deploy email campaigns using communication tools
- Create and manage multiple email templates
- Implement marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing, scoring, and personalized journeys
- Conduct A/B testing to improve engagement (subject lines, visuals, CTAs)
Digital Media Planning:
- Execute continuous lead generation campaigns and develop customer journeys from lead to acquisition
- Conceptualize and implement multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, content)
- Generate and analyze campaign performance reports to optimize strategies
- Monitor lead progression through the sales funnel
- Coordinate audience list gathering with relevant teams
- Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements and maximize marketing ROI
Marketing Automation:
- Build, monitor, and troubleshoot automated campaigns on platforms like HubSpot, MoEngage, etc.
- Segment and target customer groups effectively via CRM and marketing automation tools
- Identify opportunities for new automation and ensure smooth operations
Collaboration & Compliance:
- Work closely with sales, product, IT, and customer support teams to align marketing initiatives
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners for campaign execution
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards
- Stay updated on latest marketing tools and trends
